tRENDY TAPS Delivery, Returns and Refund Policy


Enjoy free nationwide door-to-door delivery on orders exceeding R1000.00. 

A R150 flat fee will apply for orders less than R1000.00.

Lead time on delivery range from 2-3 days for main city centers,  and 3-5 days for outlaying areas.

Cancellation Timeframe

  • We have a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery on all our items should they be in their original sellable condition.
  • Cancelled orders must be sent back at the customers’ expense and a refund will only be given once the item has been received and inspected.

 Damaged, Defective and Incorrect goods

  • Damaged or Incorrect goods must be reported within 14 days of delivery. These items will be replaced and collected at Trendy Taps’ expense. Client is to email info@trendytaps.co.za , the client may be asked to email photos.
  • Please ensure that you are happy with the product before installing as no claims for damaged and incorrect goods will be accepted after installation.
  • All items have a 5-year warranty against defects, and will be replaced and delivered at Trendy Taps’ expense, should the customer have problems with the items supplied.
  • Photo’s and videos must be emailed to info@trendytaps.co.za for defective claims.
