tRENDY TAPS Delivery, Returns and Refund Policy
Delivery
Trend Taps offers free nationwide door-to-door delivery on any order placed.
Cancellation Timeframe
- We have a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery on all our items should they be in their original sellable condition.
- Cancelled orders must be sent back at the customers’ expense and a refund will only be given once the item has been received and inspected.
Damaged, Defective and Incorrect goods
- Damaged or Incorrect goods must be reported within 14 days of delivery. These items will be replaced and collected at Trendy Taps’ expense. Client is to email info@trendytaps.co.za , the client may be asked to email photos.
- Please ensure that you are happy with the product before installing as no claims for damaged and incorrect goods will be accepted after installation.
- All items have a 5-year warranty against defects, and will be replaced and delivered at Trendy Taps’ expense, should the customer have problems with the items supplied.
- Photo’s and videos must be emailed to info@trendytaps.co.za for defective claims.
Products exceeding cancellation period
- Please email info@trendytaps.co.za as any queries are handled on a case by case basis.
