1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
This depends on where in South Africa you are based.
Our standard delivery times;
– Johannesburg is usually overnight.
– Durban is 2 working days.
– Cape Town is the furthest point from us, allow at least 3 working days.
– Add 1-2 extra days if you are in an outlying area.
2. WILL THE PRODUCT COLOUR RUB OFF OVER TIME?
No, it won’t!
We have tested our products extensively with what we call “rub tests”.
This tests the “touch” a product will have in its overall lifetime.
We are proud to say that Trendy Taps passed these tests with flying colours.
Technology has also improved over the years, and the coating that is used is of the highest quality.
3. WILL THE COLOUR WITHIN EACH PRODUCT RANGE/CATEGORY MATCH?
Yes!
Our products are grouped by colour.
Unfortunately, metallics are very difficult to photograph so there might be variances in the product listing images, but side-by-side the products are the same and match up.
4. HOW DO I CLEAN MY PRODUCTS?
We don’t recommend using any harsh chemicals to clean your taps.
A damp cloth is all you need to keep it clean.
