Delivery & returns policy
1.DELIVERY
- Free nationwide door-to-door delivery on orders exceeding R1500.00.
- A R150 flat fee will apply for orders less than R1500.00.
- Lead time on delivery:

- 2-3 days for main city centers
- 3-5 days for outlying areas
2.RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
- 15-day return policy for full refund from the date of purchase.
- 15-30 day return policy for credit note from the date of purchase.
- All returned products must be in their original, unused, and uninstalled condition, including original packaging.
- A handling fee of 15% will be applicable on certain returns.
- When an order is cancelled before shipment, a 2.5% admin fee will apply.
3.EXCLUDED PRODUCTS
Trendy Taps does not accept returns for change of mind on:
- Clearance or sale items
- Special order items
- International products or custom designed products
4.RETURN PROCESS
- Complete and include the Trendy Taps Return Form with your return package.
- All return postage costs are at the customer’s expense.
- Pack the returning product in its original packaging, in another box with adequate protection.

5.EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are offered on change of mind returns, subject to quality inspection of returned items.
- Place a new order for exchange items via email to info@trendytaps.co.za, stating credit request on return items.
- Return courier fees to be paid by client
6.PROCESSING RETURNS
- Trendy Taps will undertake a quality check of the returned product.
- Refunds or credit notes will be processed within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Where a product or its packaging is damaged or not in original condition, it may be eligible for a partial refund.
7.INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
The process for international returns is the same as for local returns. Please alert your sales point of contact for assistance.
8.PURCHASES FROM RESELLERS
Products purchased through resellers should be returned directly to the reseller under their own returns policy.
